2020 Ngeringa 'Iluma Vineyard' Syrah

Janet and Erinn Klein are the founders and owners of Ngeringa, a vineyard and winery in the Adelaide Hills. Planted on the site of the former Jurlique herb farm, which has been certified biodynamic for over 20 years, it is one of Australia’s original biodynamic wine-growing pioneers. Janet and Erinn are passionate about creating wines that are full of vitality and reflect the terroir of their land.

Janet and Erinn believe in working with the cycles and rhythms of nature, and applying biodynamic principles to every aspect of their wine growing and making. They use minimal intervention in the winery, and craft wines that express the soil, the site, the season, and the variety. Their wines are elegant, complex, and delicious, and showcase the diversity and potential of the Adelaide Hills region.
