2021 Bobar ‘Savant’ Cabernet Sauvignon

Sally + Tom Belford are at the helm of Bobar, a small family-owned winery producing wines from the hills around Yarra Glen, the Weestern side of the Yarra Valley. The vineyards are located on gentle east-facing slopes in ideal conditions for grape growing in rich, fertile soils.

Sally and Tom shared a farming and winemaking dream since 1998 when they met at Charles Sturt University studying Viticulture. Together they have worked, travelled and studied, building our experience and skill.

The Bobar wines are meticulously farmed without synthetic pesticides and herbicides, and are made entirely by hand, using no filtration, heating, cooling or additives. They are authentic, vibrant and sustainable natural wines made with precision and care.
