Eliza Coulls and Tass Gyenes are a young power couple who craft distinctive wines from their organic vineyard in Forreston, Adelaide Hills. They are passionate about biodynamic farming and regenerative agriculture, and work with native varietals such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Their wines are made with minimal intervention, expressing the unique terroir and personality of each plot. They also experiment with skin-fermented whites, pet-nats, and amphora-aged reds, creating exciting and innovative wines that challenge the status quo.

Eliza and Tass are part of the EcoVineyards project, a national initiative that aims to increase biodiversity and natural resilience in vineyards. They have planted over 2000 native plants in and around their vineyard, and they use homeopathic teas, compost, and biodynamic preparations to nurture the soil and the vines.
