A recipient of multiple Top 50 Young Gun of Wine awards, including the prestigious People’s Choice Award in 2023, Natillie has honed her skills at iconic wineries such as Yarra Yering, Leeuwin Estate, Brokenwood, and Cristom. Her travels through key wine regions have shaped her approach to winemaking, deeply influencing her commitment to producing wines that express their terroir in a pure, fruit-forward manner. Tillie J Wines, her eponymous label, reflects her dream of returning to her roots in the Yarra Valley, where she produces wines with a focus on cool-climate varieties and minimal intervention.
