2020 La Colombiere 'A Fleur de Peau'

Diane and Philippe Cauvin are the passionate couple behind Château La Colombière, a historic estate in the South West of France. They took over the property in 2006 from Diane’s father, who had been producing quality wines from the indigenous Négrette grape since 1984. Diane and Philippe decided to convert the vineyards to biodynamic farming, respecting the land and preserving the old and rare vines. They also rediscovered the Bouysselet white grape, a local variety that was almost extinct, and made it their signature white wine.

Their wines are expressive, authentic, and natural, reflecting the terroir and the personality of each grape. They offer a range of 9 wines, from sparkling to red, all certified organic and biodynamic.
