2023 Yayoi ‘Rose of Two Thorns’ Cabernet Franc Rosé

Yayoi Wines was launched in 2021 by winemaker Steffi Snook. Steffi spent a few years in hospitality developing a passion for wine before devoting herself to winemaking full time in 2020.

Yayoi is Steffi’s Japanese given name meaning ‘new life.’ Steffi’s dream is to create wines that have the power to transport you to a time and place, capturing a moment and inspiring memories. Yayoi Wines is about bringing ‘new life’ to an old craft – in her words “expressive wines with personality, texture, and fruit purity to complement your day or night”.
