Mandy Jean is the owner of Guildford Vineyard and Cellar, a boutique winery in the Macedon Ranges that she planted with her late husband, Brian. Mandy is passionate about eco-agriculture and biodynamics, and has transformed her vineyard into a haven for native plants and insects. She produces wines that reflect the terroir and the diversity of the region, using wild yeasts and minimal intervention.

Mandy is also a mentor and collaborator for young winemakers, hosting the “4 Tonne Project” in her cellar, where she invites them to make wines using wild yeasts from her pesticide-free grapes. Mandy’s wines are expressive, elegant and full of character.
