Agnès and René Mosse, the founders of Domaine Mosse, have been at the forefront of natural winemaking since 1999. Their 15-hectare vineyard in the Loire Valley is a testament to their dedication to organic viticulture and minimal intervention enology.
Today, the Mosse legacy continues with their sons, Sylvestre and Joseph, who bring fresh perspectives and international experience to the domaine. Every bottle tells a story of meticulous care, from hand-harvested grapes to slow, natural fermentations and extended ageing in barrels or foudres ~ large wooden vats that reduce the wines exposure to wood, leading to less obvious wood or oak flavours.
