NV Eminence 'Cute Brut' Sparkling Rosé

Eminence Wines is a boutique winery from the high-altitude region of Whitlands, near the King Valley. The driving force behind Eminence is Clare Burder, a passionate and innovative winemaker who works with her husband Pete Allen, a skilled viticulturist.

Clare makes wines that are elegant, expressive, and distinctive, using traditional and alternative varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Gamay, and Gewürztraminer. They grow their grapes on their own vineyard, where the cool climate and the ironstone gravel soil create ideal conditions for quality wine. They also use minimal intervention practices, such as wild fermentation, barrel ageing, and no fining or filtering, to preserve the natural character and flavour of the wine.

Clare is inspired by her family history, as her great-grandfather was a pioneer of the Australian wine industry. She honours their heritage by making wines that are authentic, original, and memorable.
