2016 KT Wines ‘Peglidis’ Riesling

Kerri Thompson has been a winemaker in the Clare Valley since 1998, a region she adores. After managing Leasingham Wines for eight years, Kerri launched her own label, Wines by KT, specialising in her first love ~ Riesling.

The Clare Valley, though small, is renowned for its exceptional Riesling. Kerri’s dedication to this variety is evident in her 5452 series, named after the region’s postcode. The area’s cold nights, elevated sites, and ideal slate and stone soils contribute to the distinctive character of her wines.

Inspired by the unique beauty of the Clare Valley and with a focus on sustainability, Kerri works to crafts wines that truly express the spirit of place and enjoyment.
