Ashli Mani | Ashli Rose Wines

Ashli Mani is a viticulturist first, winemaker second, with a deep love for the land and the vines she works with. She got her start young, spending every school break working in vineyards before diving into a viticulture degree and honing her craft across multiple vintages. Now, she’s making her own wines under Ashli Rose Wines, a project that reflects her hands-on approach and passion for cool-climate Tasmanian fruit. As a young woman in the wine industry, Ashli is helping shape the future of Tasmanian wine, pushing against outdated expectations and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
