Paula’s approach to winemaking is meticulous. In the vineyard, she cultivates three distinct Nebbiolo clones, sourced from Gruppo Matura in Italy. Throughout the winemaking process, she ensures these clones remain separate, right up to the bottling and selling stages. This approach enables Paula to encapsulate the individual traits of each clone, producing Nebbiolo wines that authentically showcase their inherent complexity, texture, and elegance. Paula Pipan’s wines are a testament to her dedication and passion for Nebbiolo.
