Varietal: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Region: Adelaide Hills, SA
Winemaker: Kate Laurie

This strawberry-kissed fizz is pure, vital and sophisticated. The Altair Brut Rosé blends 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, creating a finely beaded, salmon-pink sparkling that has earned its place among Australia’s finest. The Pinot Noir lends power and ripe red fruit aromas, while the Chardonnay adds citrus lift and finesse. Expect sweet strawberry, cherry, and spice, lightened by vibrant acidity and a clean, dry finish. After 40 months on lees, the result is a sparkling wine of depth, texture, and poise - described as “all class” by the Halliday Wine Companion, which awarded it 96 points.
