About the Winemaker
Sara Vezza is a winemaker from Monforte d’Alba. As a descendant of a family with two centuries of viticulture heritage, her winemaking philosophy is rooted in tradition and environmental respect. Her parents, a winemaking instructor and an oenologist, have instilled in her a profound understanding of the craft.
With each harvest, Sara delves deep into the biodiversity of her polyclonal vineyards (clones from several genetically similar vines), creating authentic flavours that are a testament to the land’s heritage. Sara’s commitment to organic winemaking has earned her CCPB certification. She emphasises sustainability and a reduced carbon footprint in her practices.
