Taste with the Winemaker ~ Paula Pipan of Pipan Steel Wines ~ Alpine Valley, VIC

Any Nebbiolo lovers out there? This event is for you. Wednesday 28th August we’ll be joined by Paula Pipan of Pipan Steel Wines, and she is obsessed with Nebbiolo. Her aim is to make an Australian wine that truly expresses the complexity, texture and finesse of great Nebbiolo.

She will share with you, table-side, five Pipan Steel Nebbiolo’s - her current 2018 vintage releases which includes three single clone Nebbiolo and one blend. She’s also bringing up a special back vintage to showcase just how incredible aged Nebbiolo can be. This is an unbelievably special and rare chance to taste five Nebbiolo’s side by side and to hear the passion and dedication from a winemaker to optimise on their altitude, and climate and see the similarities with Piemonte, Italy.
